The staff at Bay Breeze Technology Center, Inc. are dedicated to the success of our customers and to the continual improvement process.  All of our employees have staffing industry, recruiting, teaching / training, or human capital management experience.

  Robert B. Naylor
  President & CEO (Founder):

    Having attended Oxford University, Oxford, England, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, a graduate of Eastern College with a B.A. in Organizational Management, and a Business Administration degree from Beaver College, Mr. Naylor appreciates the value of education, training, and ROI (Return On Investment) in both the USA and international marketplace as it relates to the human capital management industry.  He was responsible for the selection process and implementation of all new technology, including an international recruitment system (Personic's EZaccess/RAPID) while at CDI Corporation's Corporate Headquarters, reporting to the CIO, CEO, Chairman, and the Board for over $24 million in technology budgets.  Mr. Naylor managed six corporate divisions (50+ staff and consultants), as well as lead a team of 22 salespeople, recruiters, information systems professionals, and administrators during the complete life cycle of the recruiting software selection, development, and implementation process.

     
    While employed at Personic Software as a Director of Technology and Infromation, as well as a Director of Strategic Accounts, Mr. Naylor assisted with the design, development, and implementation of the Personic Exchange (e-commerce business to business ASP).  He has worked with over 350+ staffing agencies during the pre/post sales cycle.

  Larry D. Creviston
  Educational Services Manager:

    Mr. Creviston has a B.A. in Communications & Education from Anderson University.  After a successful career as a recruiter, he accepted the responsibility for global recruitment training at Rapid Design Service, Inc. (RDS).  Having previously spearheaded an ISO 9000 certification process, Mr. Creviston has deployed the same type of methodology and is currently working towards the certification process at Bay Breeze Technology Center, Inc.

  Bruce Penland
  Training Specialist:

    Mr. Penland brings over 14 years of teaching, educational and curriculum development experience to our training staff.  Having received his Masters of Education from George Washington University in Washington D.C., Mr. Penland designed a curriculum for the Joseph P. Kennedy Institute, that was nationally recognized by Defense Secretary Colin S. Powell.  Mr. Penland's background also includes work with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Isobel Education Center, Potomac River Education Program, and Meredith Creek Education Center.

  Lori A. Smith (Lori P. Ames)
  Training Specialist:

    A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Longwood College, Ms. Smith earned a B.S. in Business Administration, while working in a Human Resources department.  Her extensive employment experience in Human Resources, brings real life experiences into the classroom.  Ms. Smith has trained over 50 staffing agencies and 25 Human Resource departments for Bay Breeze in North America and Canada.

  Kelly L. Hewett
  Training Specialist:

    Ms. Hewett has earned a M.A. in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland (European Division), as well as a B.S. in Mathematics (Summa Cum Laude).  Her experience of living and training in Italy for several years combined with her analytical skills brings tremendous value to her classroom training, especially in the European market and with International Fortune 100 companies.  Some of the international markets that Ms. Hewett has provided training for Bay Breeze are Argentina, Mexico, Columbia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

  Lisa M. Lavimodiere
  Training Specialist:

    As a national technical recruiter using Personic's EZaccess for Judge.com, Ms. Lavimodiere brings her industry experience into the classroom with real life scenarios.  Ms. Lavimodiere also utilizes her sales and recruiting background from her experiences at Professional Search, Inc. and iConverse.  She has earned a B.A. in Psychology  from Rhode Island College.

  Craig R. Howell
  Application Development Specialist:

    Mr. Howell  contributes his Oracle DBA and programming skills in Visual Basic, C++, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and MS Access from his experience while working at NASA and the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina.  He holds a B.S in Computer Science from North Carolina State University as well as a B.A. in Broadcast Communications.  Mr. Howell is responsible for the NT infrastructure at Bay Breeze and will be implementing Citrix/MS Terminal Server for all our applications over the Internet.

  Amy T. Short
  Office Manager/Training Specialist:

    Ms. Short was employed  for 5+ years in the Human Resources department of Bayhealth Medical Center, where she was intimately familiar with every aspect of the regulatory requirements and daily operational processes.  Her responsibilities for software training at Playtex Products, Inc. for 6+ years, allows her to relate well to students at all levels.
